Kimberly, your Guest Folio - which is Disney speak for the bill - is usually emailed to the email address associated with your reservation on the morning of your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel checkout. I recommend searching your email inbox for “folio” just in case the email got lost in the pile. If your folio isn’t found in your email, you can contact a Guest Services Cast Member at (407) 828-5630 or GUEST.SERVICES.BILLING@disneyworld.com to request your folio. I recommend giving the Cast Member a call. In my experience, the turnaround time for phone calls is much quicker than the email inbox.
