Have stayed at Pop and OKW. OKW: loved the setting, lack of crowd, small pools, privacy and room(2 BR), but no food options. Pop: too crowded, loud, small rooms and crazy at the pool but we loved the food court. Have any suggestions where to stay next trip

Hi, Amanda!   I just love picking which resort we are going to stay at next!  There are so many great options!

I think Port Orleans French Quarter might be a nice option for your family.  This Moderate Resort has just over 1,000 rooms making it the smallest of the Moderates.   There is a nice food court, fun pool, game room, and boat transportation to Downtown Disney.  If you want, you can even take a 10 minute walk to its "sister resort" Port Orleans Riverside for even more fun: you are welcome to enjoy their pools, food court, and even a sit-down restaurant for dinner.

The rooms are a bit larger than a Value Resort, but not huge.   You will get an extra bathroom sink which is nice for families.   The resort itself is quiet with nice areas to walk around and lovely benches where you can relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine!  My family absolutely loves this resort and we stay here fairly often.

Have fun planning your next magical Walt Disney World vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
