    We stayed at the Grand Floridian last week but have not received a copy of the folio. How can we get a copy?

    Ah, so you've returned from your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Do you miss it yet? Are you already planning your next trip? I always find myself inspired to plan my next trip as I'm leaving the magic behind. I'm especially excited to head back soon to ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind again! This race through space on a one-of-a-kind coaster was second to none. The storyline, the technology and the incredible theming throughout the queue put this ride at the top of my favorites list almost immediately!

    James, your final statement is usually sent via email on the day of checkout. However, I usually give it 1-3 days to pop up into my inbox before I investigate the problem. The email should come with the subject line "Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt." If it is missing, check your SPAM folder or use the search feature within your email account to try to locate it. Still not there? Time to call in reinforcements.

    Star Command? Come in, Star Command! This is Space Ranger James with a missing folio! Ok, you don't have to say that. But you should give Disney Resort Hotel Reservations a call to figure out what is going on. You'll be greeted by a friendly, helpful Cast Member on the other end of the phone who can wave their magic wand to find your Guest Pay Folio and get it to you as soon as possible.
