    I stayed at the Disney Pop Century Resort last month, and in my vacation package was included a free Photo Book from PhotoPass pictures, but I lost the paper with the instructions/password,to provide it. PhotoPass staff couldn't helped. What could I d

    Hi Cristiane,

    Please go to www.disneyphotopass.com.  There is a lot of information on the website to help you.  If you can't find what you need, stay on the homepage, on the very bottom, click on Contact Us.  A window will pop up that says "Disney's PhotoPass Help".  You'll see that #3 has a link called "online lost card/photos form".  Fill this out to the best of your ability and I'm sure Customer Service will be able to help you.
