If we stayed at the Carribean beach resort, would it be faster to get to Magic K & Animal kingdom if we drove our car instead of take the bus?I am reading a lot about the many stops at CBR and worried that the time is too much!Need to come back for kids

    Hi Preethy,

Our family likes to drive to the parks. Each time we take a bus, we regret it. You'll have more control of your own touring schedule if you utilize your own car. When our son was younger, this was also much easier as he could immediately rest in the car. During the morning rush and evening closing times, there is often standing room only on the buses. For me, that's not a magical way to begin or end a day at Walt Disney World.

Whether we drive to Florida or fly and rent a car, we always find it more pleasant to drive to the parks - even the Magic Kingdom. While you'll park at the Transportation and Ticket Center, our son always was thrilled to take the monorail over to the Magic Kingdom from the parking lot area. Plus, when we were ready to return to our hotel, the wait for the monorail was less than the lines for the buses. At least at the monorail station, you can find out when the next monorail will be arriving. At the bus depot, there's no way to find out when your resort bus will arrive.

This has been my personal experience.

Wishing you a fabulous stay at the Caribbean Beach Resort!
