We stayed in the cabins 3 years ago, and would love to stay in them when we plan on going back next year 2025…. Would they allow us to stay in the cabins again? As now we’re 2 adults and 5 kids under 12, we would love to experience the new cabins!!

Hi there, Andy--thanks so much for stopping by planDisney! It's always a treat to meet a fellow Wilderness Explorer, and I'm happy to help make your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation as magical as can be.

The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort - A Disney Vacation Club Resort will be open for cash stays beginning on September 27, 2024--so you can absolutely book a cabin and enjoy a woodland getaway on your next trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth!  Although the new cabins are part of Disney Vacation Club, these can be reserved by any Guest paying with cash. I'm admittedly not much of a camper myself, but these beauties may just change my mind!

Andy, the room capacity for the cabins is 6 adults, so the ages of the children in your party will determine whether you can all fit in one cabin. If one of your Mouseketeers is an infant under the age of 3 at the time of your February 2025 arrival, you'll be good to go! Otherwise, you will need to look into alternate accommodations like a 2-Bedroom Villa to ensure ample space for your crew.

I hope this information is helpful for your planning purposes, and that you'll be looking forward to all of the fun that Fort Wilderness has to offer. From the iconic Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue to horseback riding at Tri-Circle-D Ranch, archery, and nighttime s'mores by the campfire, it's the perfect place to relax as a family and a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.

Thanks again for visiting planDisney, Andy! If we can help with any other questions in advance of next year's holiday, please stop by again anytime and we'll have you covered.

    See Ya Real Soon!
