    we stayed at AKL back in 93 and they had these life vests for small children looked like the vest you would were to go water skiing but smaller (never seen them anywhere but Disney. Anyway my question is are they at pop C? My 2 yr old would love them.

    Yes they do have these life vests available for your daughter to use at the Pop Century Resort.  When I was there last August they actually had them in a bin by the Hippy Dippy Pool for you to choose which size would fit your child.  A few years ago at the All-Star Music Resort, you had to go to the arcade in order to receive one of these life vests to use during your entire stay and as far as I know all of the resorts do offer these complimentary life vests, it's just knowing where to find them and a cast member can certainly help you with that.  I like the way they fit my daughter when she was smaller and best of all...there was no charge.  Walt Disney World is all about safety and of course fun!!!!
