    We are going to stay at Wilderness Lodge and Saratoga Springs later this year, my daughter is diabetic and we wondered if it is possible to obtain a sharps box for her needles, and if there is somewhere to dispose of them.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Two fantastic Walt Disney World Resort hotels in one trip...please take me with you. You will have a blast.

    As Scar from Disney's The Lion King says, "Be Prepared!." Walt Disney World Resort thinks of everything and there is no way they will leave you to manage needles.

    Sharps containers are complimentary. Simply call housekeeping once you arrive at the Resort hotel and they will deliver one to your room as soon as possible. You may also ask the Cast Member at the front desk at check-in to place the call to housekeeping. 

    Disney Dad Tip 1: I love October at Walt Disney World Resort, especially Magic Kingdom Park. The Fall season brings Magic Kingdom Park draped in pumpkins, scarecrows, and other fall festive delights as well as the ghoulishly delightful Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. With spooky Disney Villain dance parties, special character greets and candy trails aplenty, this is a party that will surely raise spirits. Watch out for the Headless Horseman and Hitchhiking Ghosts (Phineas, Ezra, and Gus) during Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade.

    Disney Dad Tip 2: If you eat at the Whispering Canyon Cafe inside Disney's Wilderness Lodge, make sure to ask for ketchup. You won't believe what happens. ;)
