Hi, Should we should stay a week at the Yacht/Beach Club or split the week with the Polynesian? Is splitting a bad idea? I just read that the Poly is great for kids and love the monorail, but love the BC pool. Kids: 11, 9, 6...can they still swim in Nov?

    Hi Shannon!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

There are pros and cons for doing both.  We actually did a split stay at the Boardwalk Inn and Polynesian Village Resort this summer.  It was perfect!  I really felt like it gave us the opportunity to experience both areas and what they have to offer.  We chose to stay four nights at the Boardwalk and three at the Polynesian.  Our boys' favorite park is Epcot, so we love being so close to it at the Boardwalk.

This was our first split stay.  In the past, we thought packing up and moving our luggage would be an inconvenience, but it was not hard at all.  We really enjoyed both resorts and will definitely do it again.

The weather in November can vary, but highs are generally around 78 degrees.  Since the pools are heated, your kids should be able to swim.   The Beach/Yacht Club pool is amazing.  But, the Polynesian also has a great pool, so your kids could enjoy both of them!

Either way you will have a magical vacation.  But if you think you want to experience both resorts, then I think you should go for it!

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
