How do I stay signed in to my Disney.go.com account? My app works fine but I often get timed out of my disney.go.com account, making it hard to quickly get reservations that open up. Hang

    Hiya, Elizabeth!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with your planning questions. I hope that you are getting excited about your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Fingers crossed that your arrival date is in the near future. All four theme parks are currently in the middle of The World's Most Magical Celebration. This 50th-anniversary celebration is full of unique experiences and fun character interactions. You can even meet Mickey Mouse in his new EARidescnet celebration suit. And if you haven't heard the exciting news, character hugs are coming back this month!

When securing those reservations at the top of your travel parties' must-try list, minutes can sometimes make a difference in booking a spot and it disappearing altogether. When trying to remain logged in to your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website, I recommend choosing the "remember me" or "save my password" if available on your browser. This is only suggested if it is not a shared device. This may help you stay logged in during booking sessions, but you will most likely have to continue to log in after inactive periods of time. If you find the log-in process continues to slow you down, I recommend booking your reservations through the app. The app is my go-to source for staying logged in and ready to reserve at a moment's notice. You can also set up facial recognition through the app if your device supports this option. This will save you even more time during the booking process.

While we are on the topic of reservations, I want to drop a quick reminder about Disney Park Pass. All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. If you have already purchased your tickets and have not set up your park passes, I recommend doing this as soon as possible. Some dates are filling up quickly as this is such an incredible time to visit Walt Disney World Resort.

I hope that your upcoming trip is memorable and magical!
    We'll see ya real soon!
