Hi there, Yvonne! Welcome to planDisney, where my pals and I are happy to help.
I have great news for you! Yes, you will find that even on days that the ship is in port, there will be plenty to see and do onboard. Some guests like to stay onboard instead of venture off to explore the port, and some like to spend only part of their day out in port. The pools will be available for the majority of the day, as will the fantastic spaces just for kids. In addition to these offerings, there will also be activities such as trivia, games,
Character greetings, and movies listed on the Daily Activity Schedule.
The Daily Activity Schedule will be available to view within the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you are on the ship. I suggest that you spend some time on the first afternoon on the ship to scroll through the Daily Activity Schedule within the app. If you see something listed that you don't want to miss, be sure to click the heart icon right next to it. That way, if you enable app notifications, a reminder will be sent to you about 15 minutes before the activity starts.
That's a handy feature that I'm especially grateful for, as I often lose track of time onboard the ship. Yvonne, I'm wishing you an incredible vacation! Please sail back to planDisney again if you have more questions. I'd love to point your compass toward an amazing cruise.
Bon Voyage!
Adrianna
