If you stay off property, can you still eat at Ale and Compass? And if so, how can you get there? I want to eat there on one of our non park days so I won’t have tickets if I have to go through a park to get there…

Ahoy, Tiffany and welcome to planDisney!

Dining at Walt Disney World is one of my favorite things to do and there are so many fantastic restaurants to choose from!  Some of the best restaurants are found at Disney Resort hotels and Ale & Compass Restaurant at Disney's Yacht Club Resort is one of the hidden gems.

There is no need to go through a theme park to dine at any Disney Resort hotel restaurant.  If you have a dining reservation for Ale & Compass Restaurant, you can park at the Resort hotel parking lot to enjoy your meal.  If you don't have your own transportation, you can use a rideshare service to drop you off.  You can also take a Resort bus to Disney's Yacht Club Resort from Disney Springs if that is more convenient for you.

Whether you dine at Ale & Compass Restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you're in for a real treat.  Their breakfast buffet option is so delicious which gives you lots of offerings on the buffet as well as one of their entrees.  The cheddar biscuits with gravy are fantastic!  For lunch or dinner, I highly recommend the Roasted 'Buffalo-style' Cauliflower as an appetizer.  My husband and I shared these on our last visit and fell in love with them.  If you like chocolate, the Twelve-Layer Chocolate Cake is my recommendation.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
