We want to stay at a moderate resort this time and wanted some advice. We will be traveling with 2 adults and a 3 year old girl. I've heard about some resorts having long walks to everything. Looking for advice on resort and room location requests.

Hi Tricia - if you are interested in visiting a moderate resort, but don't want to have long walks to everything, I'd recommend that you consider staying at the Port Orleans French Quarter.  I agree that most of the moderates are spread out, but the Port Orleans French Quarter is a small resort that has almost an intimate feel to it.

I like building six, which is pretty close to the bus stop, the food court, and the pool, and is also a short walk away from the Riverside section.  If you choose a water view, building six rooms have a nice view of the river.

I hope that helps!  Have a great vacation!
