    We stay in the Lion King ste at AOA 10/2012, but had no cell service in the room. We are going to be in Nemo suites 12/2013. Any idea if my AT&T cellphone will work in my room?

    Hi Cristi,

    I'm sorry you had a problem with your mobile phone service on your last visit, but I'm glad you are returning to Art of Animation. Isn't it a beautiful new resort?

    There were some problems with both cell phone and wifi service when the resort first opened last year, and Disney promised it was working hard to fix the problems. I was there in December, staying in a Cars suite, and experienced some hiccups in the mobile service as well.

    I believe the difficulties have improved. Upgrades to mobile service and addition of WiFi has occurred throughout the Walt Disney World resort over the past several months. I have had no trouble with mobile service or WiFi anywhere on Disney property in recent weeks.
