Hello and welcome to planDisney, Jane!
Thank you for taking the time to send us your very first question! We are thrilled to be part of your Disney vacation planning adventure and cannot wait for you to experience all the magic that awaits you at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Disney Dining Plans are only available for Guests who book a
Disney Vacation Package, including a stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. If you are staying at an off-property hotel, I suggest purchasing
Disney Gift Cards to budget and save for meals ahead of your visit. They are accepted throughout the Walt Disney World Resort and can be used to pay for meals, snacks, and beverages at most table-service and quick-service locations. You can even use your Disney Gift Cards as a payment method when you use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering via the My Disney Experience mobile app.
I have already stayed at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista, and I know that Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels offer Guests the chance to purchase tickets both at the hotel and online. If you plan to visit soon, I recommend checking
Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan your vacation accordingly, as all visitors ages 3 and up are currently required to have both valid theme park admission and a
Theme Park Reservation for each park they wish to visit. To purchase tickets directly from your hotel, I recommend contacting them for assistance. These hotels also offer complimentary bus shuttle service to all the theme parks, and you can check the individual hotel page for transportation availability.
I hope this helps you while planning, Jane. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, we are delighted to help!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
