Hi, Vicki! Welcome to planDisney.
Thanks so much for choosing to be our Guest. You've asked a great question. As someone who has stayed at
Disney's Pop Century Resort, I can certainly help you.
You’re absolutely welcome to explore
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort whilst staying at Pop Century. One of my favorite things about those two resorts is how easy it is to stroll across the Generation Gap Bridge and discover a whole new world.
Unfortunately, Art of Animation
pools are reserved just for Guests of that resort. However, you’re more than welcome to dine at
Landscape of Flavors. This food court has some great options and fun décor. You can also browse Ink & Paint Shop, the resort’s colorful gift shop, and enjoy wandering through the immersive themed areas.
Each section of Art of Animation is like stepping into your favorite animated classic. Don’t miss the Finding Nemo courtyard—it’s home to oversized sea life sculptures (listen for the seagulls crying "Mine! Mine! Mine!") Over in the Cars section, Radiator Springs is brought to life with life-sized versions of Lightning and Mater—great photo ops! The Lion King area features a dramatic elephant graveyard playground perfect for little cubs, and the Little Mermaid section has a stunning larger-than-life statue of King Triton himself.
It's definitely worth taking a couple of hours to discover all this resort has to offer, Vicki. Have the best time exploring both sides of the bridge!
Mike
