Do you have to stay at a Disney Resort to purchase a dining plan. We are a family of 9 so we are staying off in December of 2016

    Hi Linda,

That is correct! Disney Dining Plans are available exclusively for Guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort Hotels with Magic Your Way Vacation Package reservations. In my opinion, the ability to add a Disney dining plan to the reservation is one of the best Benefits of Staying at Disney Resort Hotels.

Please consider Walt Disney World Resort Hotels with Rooms for 5 Guests or More. I would recommend any of the Disney Deluxe Villas which sleep up to 9 Guests. You may also consider booking adjacent and connecting rooms at all of the other fantastic Disney Resort Hotels. For instance, you may request two or more standard rooms at any of the Disney Value Resorts.

Disney Mom Tip: Be sure to make dining reservations for Table-Service restaurants 180 days in advance of your visit. It's a must-do for that time of the year! You can even do this using your smart phone after installing the My Disney Experience Mobile app on your mobile device.

Wishing you an unforgettable vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
