Since you’re already looking into Disney Cruise Line ground transportation, you might consider
driving yourself to Port Canaveral instead. The drive from Walt Disney World to the port is easy—way simpler than dodging asteroids on
Star Tours—and it gives you complete control over your embarkation day schedule. No waiting for buses, no extra stops—just you, your crew, and an open road leading straight to your magical voyage.
If you decide to take the wheel, I highly recommend parking at the terminal parking garage. It’s right next to the terminal, making it super convenient when it’s time to board and, even better, when you disembark at the end of your cruise. Just drop your luggage with the amazing porters, park, take a short stroll, and you’ll be ready to step into the magic—or in this case, onto the ship!
