Hiya Nicola!
Thank you for sending us your magical question, and welcome to planDisney! As a fellow international guest, I am so glad that you came to us during your planning process, and I am honoured to be helping you today. Plus, you have picked such a magical time to come and visit with the
World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing! How excited are you to be experiencing all the incredible offerings the 50th-anniversary has in store for you?
Now, let's get down to business to defeat... the crowds! Getting everything done on your Disney vacation is no joke, but thankfully
Early Theme Park Entry is one of the things you can utilize to avoid the lines. The good news is
Disney Partner Hotel guests do have access to the perks Disney offers. However, you will benefit from these perks by purchasing a
Hotel & Tickets package. Indeed, valid theme park admission and a resort reservation will be required to enter the parks and enjoy the attractions during Early Theme Park Entry hours. As for transportation, Disney Partner Hotels often offer shuttle services to the parks, so you may inquire about their schedules upon checking in. Then, you'll just have to be swift as the coursing river with all the force of a great typhoon to check everything off of your Disney to-do list!
After riding all of your favourite rides during the Early Theme Park Entry hours, here are some things that will get you off your feet and allow you to relax! One of my favourite attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort is
A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King, located in Africa at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Not only is the show a Broadway-style production with incredibly talented performers, beautiful floats and colourful costumes, but it is also a celebration of the Disney music that we all love. Plus, it is located in a cool theatre that is the perfect getaway during a hot summer day. Over at Magic Kingdom Park, I highly recommend finding a spot on Main Street USA to watch the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade, which finally returned to the Magic Kingdom. While this activity might not be the best escape from the weather, it will allow you to sit down and watch an old crowd-favourite.
I hope this was helpful, Nicola, and that you and your family will have the most magical time on your next Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. You and me, we're in a club now!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
