If we were to stay a couple days at one of the WDW resorts and then opt to spend the rest of the time at another resort, will the hotels transfer our luggage for us or will we have to do that ourselves?

Bell services will happily transfer your luggage from one Disney resort to another, Cheryl.  To take advantage of the service, you'll just need to contact bell services by either pushing the button on your room phone or visiting the desk in the lobby and asking that they move your luggage.  You'll just need to tell them which resort to deliver it to.  Also, be prepared that your luggage could take a while to arrive; if it were me, I'd head to the park and expect to see my bags later in the evening.  When you get "home" at the end of your park day, just call bell services of the new resort and the bags will be delivered right to your room.  Pretty convenient, right?  Enjoy!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
