    We would like to stay on the Club-Level of the Grand Californian in mid-July. I would like to know if the lounge is open despite the construction of the second lounge? Last time it was closed really spoiled our trip because they had us outside.

    Welcome to planDisney. You have an amazing adventure ahead of you. And with Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa as your gateway to the magic, you'll find yourself in the heart of the magic of the Disneyland Resort.

    Though plans are subject to change, there are not currently any construction plans that are expected to impact the operation of the Veranda Lounge in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. I think it's exciting that an additional, two-story concierge lounge in the hotel is planned for completion in 2026. Other refurbishment activity at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa continues to freshen the entire hotel. My understanding is that this refurbishment is part of preparations for commemorating the 25th anniversary of the hotel and the Disney California Adventure Park, which will take place in 2026.

    A mid-July visit to the Disneyland Resort is the perfect time to experience the amazing Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration. July 17, 2025, will be exactly 70 years since Walt Disney shared his famous dedicatory speech, declaring, "To all who come to this happy place… welcome!" I don't know about you, but I'm particularly anxious to experience the new offerings coming to Main Street, U.S.A. this Summer, especially the "Walt Disney – A Magical Life" attraction in the Main Street Opera House.
