    I would like to stay as close to the magic Kingdom as possibe. I want to stay in a suite , but the three hotels that are the closest to the magic kingdom are priced a bit high for my budget. Do they ever offer deals and if so how would I obtain one.

    I just read the wonderful answer that Amanda provided you from the perspective of the availability of Family Suites as well as the Cabins at Fort Wilderness. So, I'll stick to the deals mentioned in your question above as this also happens to be one of my favorite topics!

    Here are a few ideas for possible cost savings on your Walt Disney World vacation:

    1. Be sure to frequently peruse the Special Offers page on the Disney website as you'll periodically find discounts on resort accommodations or offers like a free dining plan. You might wish to consider being flexible with your travel dates to take advantage of these promotions when available.

    2. Sign up for a FREE Disney Vacation Planning DVD as this may result in pin codes and other savings from Disney Destinations being e-mailed to you directly.

    3. Consider becoming a Disney Visa cardholder as offers are frequently provided prior to the general public release dates and you can even collect reward dollars to be used toward future vacation expenses.

    A great unofficial resource for reviewing past discount release dates in order to try to guess future offers can be found at www.mousesavers.com. Simply type in Historical Information in the search box on the top of the main page.
