If I stay at the cabins can I drive my own car to the pool and to the dock to catch the boat to magic kingdom?

Hello Elizabeth and thank you for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are one of my families most favourite spots to stay when we're visiting Walt Disney World Resort and we especially enjoy the peaceful tranquility even though we're only a short boat ride away from all the fun at the Magic Kingdom Park!
Each Cabin at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort benefits from the convenience of a vehicle parking bay right outside, however there are no Guest parking spots currently provided at either of the Resort pools or at the Marina near the Settlement.
For a fun way of getting around other than the wonderful internal Disney Bus Transportation service at Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground you may wish to consider Golf Cart Rental or Bike Rentals
If I can help sprinkle any extra pixie dust onto your upcoming plans to Walt Disney World Resort please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
