    I would like to stay in the same building at Port Orleans, as I did in 2008. When, and who would I call to make this happen? Or will I be stuck with what ever they give me? My arrival date is May 2, 2011. Hope you can help.

    Hi Donald! I will be happy to help you with this question. You may certainly call Resort Reservations at (407) 939-7429 to make your request. Alternatively you may contact the resort directly. Be sure to provide your resort reservation number. Since you don't specify which Port Orleans resort you will be staying at, I'm providing you with the information for both. For Disney's Port Orleans Riverside contact the resort directly at (407) 934-6000, or fax your request to (407) 934-5777. For Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter contact the resort directly at (407) 934-5000, or fax your request to (407) 934-5353. Please keep in mind that room requests are not guaranteed. However, Cast Members will try to accommodate your preferences based on the resort's occupancy and other factors at the time of your arrival. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
