Hello, I will stay in The Aulani Resort and I would like to know if can I send packages before my arrival date. And if it has any cost. Thanks!

Aloha Maria Victoria, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your question comes at a perfect time, as I am literally packing my own suitcase for an upcoming trip to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawai‘i. I hope you are just as excited as I am to experience this award-winning family vacation destination!

I spoke with an Aulani Cast Member regarding your inquiry and I am pleased to confirm that you are welcome to ship packages to the Resort for pick up upon check in at the Resort. Currently there is no associated package delivery fee charged by Aulani. However, the Cast Member did caution that you should ensure that your package is delivered no earlier than a day or two before your check in date.

Be sure to include the full name of the lead Guest on your Aulani reservation, the title "Guest", and your Resort check in date. The complete shipping address is as follows:

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa
    92-1185 Ali'inui Drive
    Kapolei, HI  96707
    USA

I hope this information is helpful to you as you countdown to your Hawai‘ian vacation in tropical paradise at Aulani!

    Mahalo!
