    Do you have to stay at The Art of Animation hotel to take the drawing class they have there?

    Hey, Jennifer!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so excited you want to test your drawing skills out at Walt Disney World Resort especially at the amazingly themed Disney's Art of Animation Resort. You never know...these lessons may lead to a career as an animator for Disney Studios!

    Disney's Art of Animation Resort offers Character drawing class for only Guests of this Resort hotel for free at 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily. Kids of all ages are welcome to attend. It is usually held in the playroom near the front desk.

    If you want another option to draw then head over to DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park at Disney Springs West Side. Animation Academy returns so Guests may learn how to draw a Disney character with an instructor. We drew Mickey Mouse and I must say my boys did a great job. Classes are 30 minutes in duration and are held daily from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please note that admission is required into DisneyQuest. Current admission fees including tax are $47.93 for ages 10+ year and $39.00 for ages 3-9 years. Kids under 3 years old are free.

    Disney Dad Tip: A way to save some money and gain entrance into DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park is to add a Water Parks Fun and More Option on your theme park tickets. There are many additional Disney experiences with this Option to help make your vacation more exciting.
