    I see that it states that gratuities are no included in the dining plan. Does the dining plan cover the tax though on the meals you purchase that are covered by the dining plan. Just trying to figure out what our budget is going to be. thanks!

         The Dining Plan is awesome - you will LOVE its convenience and flexibility!  You are absolutely correct, gratuities are not included on the Dining Plan; however, taxes are.included.  Bon appetit!
