it states on some booking facilities ie bibbidi bobbidi boutique experience you have to pay by credit card, we are coming from the uk and only have debit cards linked directly to bank accounts. can we still book and pay this way please ?

Hello Donna and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It's always an added pleasure for me to assist a fellow Guest who hails from the United Kingdom with their magical plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort.
You're going to just love visiting with a Fairy Godmother-in-Training at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - Magic Kingdom Park and I'm super happy to share that yes a Visa UK bank debit card may indeed be used to make payments and reservations at Walt Disney World Resort plus may also be linked to a My Disney Experience account.
So I'd definitely say that "It'll do magic, believe it or not bibbidi bobbidi boo!"

I also thought this Walt Disney Travel Company - Payments - Frequently Asked Questions link may be an extra helpful planning resource for you.
Wishing you an extra pixie dusted visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
    Have a great Disney day.
