Hello, John,It seems like you have a great plan. By looking at the Port Adventures that may be offered in each of the scheduled ports during your cruise itinerary, you'll be able to choose a few interesting options. When your activities booking window begins, you may open the "My Plans" tab from the My Reservations page to see which activities remain available. Since you appear to have a backup plan for each port, I hope that you will find something that you will enjoy doing throughout your cruise. Cast Members at the Disney Cruise Line call center don't have visibility to check on remaining availability. One possible way to check on activity and Port Adventure availability ahead of your own booking window is if you happen to be sailing with a friend or family member with a Castaway Club status that allows them to begin reserving activities earlier, they could possibly check on available options for you.Again, I think your approach with primary and backup plans is solid. But even if you don't happen to find availability for your preferred activities and Port Adventures, there is still hope. Other Guests may change their plans. So it is often helpful to keep checking back for available openings. I also recommend speaking with Cast Members at the onboard Port Adventures desk to keep up-to-date on all of the latest offerings.Last year, my family went on a Western Caribbean itinerary aboard the Disney Treasure. We were a little disappointed that the Port Adventures we had in mind for one of our destinations were not available. We pivoted to some other options we found while making plans during our booking window. Although they weren't our first choices, we still had a wonderful time and we look forward to visiting that port again on a future cruise. Last month, we sailed on our favorite ship: the Disney Wonder. Unfavorable sea conditions resulted in an unexpected change of itinerary. Although there was nothing we could do about the sea and the weather, and Port Adventures were unavailable for us due to the last-minute change to an alternate port, we were determined to make the best of the situation. We took the advice of Cast Members at the Port Adventures desk onboard and went about exploring the port on our own. We had some delicious food and saw amazing wildlife while in port. That day ended up being one of our best port days during that cruise.Of course, we always try to have good plans in place. We've also found that being open to new adventures can give us the flexibility to enjoy exciting experiences we may not have considered otherwise. I'm confident that you will find that there are always many interesting options for activities, character experiences, Port Adventures, and more aboard the Disney Dream and the entire Disney Cruise Line fleet.Bon voyage, John!~Tony
