Hello, Ivan!
I wish you a warm welcome to planDisney and Disney Cruise Line! One of the highlights of cruising with friends and family is sharing the day’s activities over a meal.
Palo is a wonderful adult-exclusive dining experience. It truly is a feast for the senses – outstanding food and spectacular ocean views. I’m so happy you will have this time together with your travel companions.
To coordinate plans with other Guests, you need to link their reservations to yours. Locate your reservation on the Disney Cruise Line website and click the drop-down arrow next to your reservation number. Look for “Add and Link Reservations.” Alternatively, open the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and locate the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand side of the screen labeled "More." Select "Add Reservation” right below the waving Captain Mickey.
For either of these options, you will need the last name, date of birth, and reservation number of one of the Guests in each of the staterooms you are connecting. Once you’ve added all the staterooms, you should be able to reserve plans together if you are within everyone’s booking window. The booking window is based on your
Castaway Club membership level, which is determined by how many times you’ve sailed with Disney Cruise Line. Online reservations are available at the following times: Concierge Guests: 130 days in advance; Platinum Castaways: 120 days in advance; Gold Castaways: 105 days in advance; Silver Castaways: 90 days in advance; and First Time Cruisers: 75 days in advance.
I called Disney Cruise Line, and they assured me that even with five staterooms, you should be able to see everyone’s names listed. If you experience any technical challenges,
please give them a call so they can help you reserve activities with your traveling party. I hope your cruise is filled with treasured memories shared over delicious meals. If we can help with anything else, please stop by planDisney and ask.
SEAS the adventure!
