What do out of state residents do with the tickets purchased before the pandemic started and the park closed, Can we get a refund and or when will the tickets expire?

    Hi there Ed,

Thank you for taking the time to visit us here at planDisney with your question, we really appreciate it!  I am so sorry you haven't been able to use your Theme Park Tickets due to the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year, hopefully you will be able to visit the Happiest Place on Earth soon!

Most Theme Park Tickets were automatically given an extension to the expiry date to December 16, 2021.  I suggest signing in to your Disney Account to see if your Theme Park Tickets have had the expiration date updated, if you can't see your Theme Park Tickets, you may have to re-link them in order for them to be updated.

If you are still unable to visit Disneyland Resort prior to the extended expiry date, don't worry, Ed.  While Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, the value of your completely unused Theme Park Tickets can be used toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets.  If you would like to speak to a Cast Member regarding your Theme Park Tickets specifically, or apply the value toward new Theme Park Tickets, please call Ticket Services at (714) 781- 4636.

I hope you will be able to visit Disneyland Resort soon, Ed.  We could all use some more magic in our lives!  If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to visit us here at planDisney, we are always happy to help.
