Bright Suns, Julio! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
If you and your Jedi friends hope to visit a galaxy far, far away, you don't have to jump in a starfighter:
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is one of the immersive lands in
Disneyland Park. Guests with a valid admission ticket and a theme park reservation for Disneyland Park have full access to all the areas in that park, including all the fun on Batuu.
Some things in the park require additional reservations and an additional charge. For example,
building a lightsaber or a
droid is an immersive experience many Guests don't want to skip, but you'll need a reservation to do either of these special activities. Prices are subject to change. You'll also need a dining reservation to enjoy a beverage in
Oga's Cantina. You make all of these arrangements online depending on current availability. However, they are popular and those reservations can fill up quickly.
But never fear! The thrilling Attractions and quick service dining in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge can be enjoyed spontaneously. Guests don't need anything other than their ticket and theme park reservation to join in on the fun.
You never know who you'll cross paths with while you're on that distant outpost. We've run into Chewbacca, the Mandalorian, R2-D2, and others. Those magical moments are what I treasure most with my boys. Look for your favorite Characters on your park day by changing the map's selection on the Disneyland mobile app from "Attractions" to "Characters." If you tap the Mickey Mouse icons on the map, you'll see who you can expect to find in that area and their schedule. Some Characters do traditional meet and greets, while others roam. Grab a snack to see who wanders by! Schedules are subject to change.
May the Force be with you.
