Hello! Starting to plan our next WDW vacation! It'll just be me and my 5 year old son. He wont be able to ride some of the thrill rides. If we stand in line together, will cast members then wait with him at the exit while I ride alone?

    Hi Jamie!

Wow, it is so exciting that you are beginning to plan your next Walt Disney World vacation!  It is so wonderful that you will be able to spend time with your son in Walt Disney World!  Unfortunately you will have to delay going on the thrill rides for another future trip to Walt Disney World because the Cast Members are not permitted to watch children while adults are on a ride (the Cast Member's responsibility on an attraction is to make sure the ride is operating and for the safety of the Guests on that ride).  There are so many rides and attractions in Walt Disney World that you can enjoy together with your son even at his age.  I would encourage you to have the time of your lives going on rides that both of you can enjoy together!

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical for you and your son!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
