    Starting to plan our next trip to disney. Stayed at most of the hotels through the years. Family of 5. Not sure if we should do the new value or go back to delux and if so which one. Never did boardwalk, beach club or yacht. Trying to make this one special

    Hi Christine,

    Since you've stayed at most of the resorts at Walt Disney World, I'd highly recommend booking the Beach Club next. This resort is consistently rated very high by guests. And here's some of the reasons why:

    • the Stormalong Bay pool - there's nothing else like it on property
    • the casual seaside atmosphere
    • access to restaurants at the Yacht and Beach Club resorts, Boardwalk resort, and in Epcot's World Showcase
    • ability to walk or take a boat ride to two theme parks (Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios)

    For a special vacation, any of the above resorts that you mentioned will offer wonderful amenities. The pool at the Yacht and Beach Club resorts has that extra-special wow that I think you'd enjoy.

    Make sure to request a room with a day bed!
