i am starting to plan my family trip for next December and i want to split the trip into two five day segments. stay 5 days at Disneyland hotel then 5 days at a partner hotel. can i book all together or do i have to book in two separate packages.

    Hello, Stewart Troy,

This sounds amazing. An extended vacation at the Disneyland Resort will surely provide many magical memories for your family.

Each room booking made through the Walt Disney Travel Company will have a separate reservation number. This is the case whether room bookings are for concurrent dates or sequential dates. This would actually work out well for your plans. That is because the longest multi-day ticket available is five days. So if you wished to have theme park tickets for the entirety of both segments of your travel included with your Disneyland Resort Vacation Packages, you could do so without also needing to purchase additional park tickets separately.

If you would like to consult with a vacation planner, you could call the Vacation Packages phone line to help make sure all the details are just as you need. Or you are welcome to book your vacation packages online, booking a Disneyland Resort Hotel package and a Good Neighbor Hotel package separately.

Note that each Vacation Package will come with a separate Travel ePackage that will be delivered to your linked Disney account four days before the arrival date of each respective Vacation Package. For a longer vacation like what you have planned, that means that the theme park tickets for the second segment of travel will be delivered while you are already traveling. But that is nothing to be concerned about. As long as you have previously booked your required theme park reservations before you travel, your tickets will automatically be tied to your park reservations once they arrive in your account. Park reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance of each day being reserved.

As you proceed with your travel reservations, please feel free to reach out to us here at planDisney with any more questions you may have. It’s a pleasure for us to offer recommendations, tips, and other advice for fellow Disneyland Resort Guests.
