    We are starting to plan a Disney World holiday for July or Aug 2014. Coming from the UK, this is only a possibility for us if there is free dining. Historically, when does Disney announce free dining if it is going to be available? Loved it last time!

    Hello Jill!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom´s Panel.

    For the last two years my family made the most of Walt Disney World free dining special offer.
    Up to this moment Disney has not announce the free dining offer for 2013, but there is package that includes room and ticket discount.

    In fact, Walt Disney World just started to announce the room and tickets special offer for stays until August 2013.  At the moment this special offer is only been offered to Disney Visa card holders, but I expect it to become available for all guest during the next week or two.
    Once available to the general public, you can calculate the savings of this new special offer during a July / August 2013 vacation.  You can then know if the savings will allow you to visit during 2014 - if available for 2014.

    From my experience, the savings from this year special offer are similar to the savings of the free dining offer, but with more flexibility when ordering your meals.

    Keep looking at Disney´s Special Offers for any new or old savings that help make possible a Disney family vacation.
