I am starting to plan for a Disney Cruise for my family. My daughter has been begging to go Easter weekend in 2026 because she believes that there will be a bunch of Easter activities. Is there Easter themed activities like an egg hunt for Easter weekend?

    Hello Alyse!

We’re so glad you hopped by planDisney with your question! There's no better way to celebrate Easter than setting sail on a Disney Cruise Line vacation. From egg-citing activities to enchanting surprises, your family is in for a real treat.

If we look to the past, we can predict that your daughter is probably right! There will likely be egg-citing surprises on an Easter cruise. Your little bunnies can look forward to festive face painting, an Easter egg hunt, and special crafts to keep their paws busy. There will no doubt be onboard crafts too—nothing like a bit of glue and glitter to make memories that stick!

For all the latest scoop, I recommend checking the Disney Parks Blog in the weeks leading up to your cruise. And don’t forget to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App before you set sail. It’s the best way to stay up-to-date on all the fun activities. You can even favorite the ones that catch your eye, so your kiddos don’t miss out on any egg-stravagant fun.

Oh, and keep an eye out for The White Rabbit—he’s been known to make a special appearance for Easter! Let the Disney photographers capture the moment so you can be in the pictures too. I always recommend the photo package to capture all the fun.

I know you’ll return home with a basket full of memories and some new treasures to display. If you have any more questions, please hop back anytime—we’re always delighted to help.

Wishing you an egg-stra magical day and a wonderful cruise!
