Starting to see pics of the new rooms at Pop Century. Usually, my wife and I each take a bed with our son, who will be 9, on an air mattress on the floor against the wall. It doesn't look like there is room for that now. Suggestions on what to do?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christopher, we thank you for this excellent question.

Walt Disney World Resort is abuzz with the recent development of the Guest Rooms in some sections over at Disney’s Pop Century Resort. The ‘90's section Guest Rooms currently boast an airy, modern design that is reportedly pleasing many Guests. Rest assured, many of these newly designed Guest Rooms feature a Queen Size bed and a Double-Size Table Bed, which once the chairs have been removed converts to a most comfortable bed after a quick and easy pull-down, which will be perfect for your son. Some Guest Rooms will feature only King Size Beds.

During your Disney Resort hotel Online Check-In, Christopher you may wish to request one of these newly designed Guest Rooms in the ‘90’s section, or any other Guest Room of your choice. I have read that the ‘80’s section may be completed by your scheduled arrival (subject to change). For more assistance, please contact Guest Services at 939-1936.

Disney’s Pop Century Resort offers many convenient and fun amenities and as a Disney Resort hotel Guest, you will enjoy unique benefits and magical experiences. Many Walt Disney World Resort adventures await your arrival, how very excited you must be.

We hope you have a fantastic Disney vacation Christopher and we are always here to assist with your plans.

    Best Disney Wishes!
