Rhema Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I am starting at the parks on the 16th and staying for four days. What order should I go to the parks. Also, we love the thrill rides so what is the best itinerary to ride them all at each park.

Hi there, Rhema, and welcome to planDisney! You'll be arriving in just a few short days, and you must be getting so excited! I love thrill rides, too, and I'm glad you're hoping to put together a plan to tackle lots of exciting attractions during your visit. Let's get started!

Rhema, a good place to start when planning your itinerary is the Walt Disney World Resort Hours & Events Calendar. Here, you can see Disney Theme Park hours, and whether any of the parks are offering special perks like Extended Evening Theme Park Hours for Guests who are staying at Disney Deluxe Resorts and Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts. Based on this, you might want to visit the parks in this order: Disney's Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and then finish strong at Magic Kingdom Park. Did you know that Guests of Disney Resorts Collection hotels are allowed to enter the parks 30 minutes early each day? This is a great way to get a head start on popular attractions!

When you're a thrill-seeker like me, you'll want to take advantage of services like Individual Lightning Lanes and Disney Genie+ Service. Here's a great way to make the most of these options at the following parks:

    • Hollywood Studios: Purchase an Individual Lightning Lane for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, make a Genie+ selection for Slinky Dog Dash, and head straight for The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror as soon as you arrive at the park. Other exciting rides include: Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, and Toy Story Mania.
    • Animal Kingdom: Purchase an Individual Lightning Lane for Avatar Flight of Passage, make a Genie+ selection for Kali River Rapids, and head straight for Expedition Everest: Legend of the Forbidden Mountain as soon as you arrive at the park. I also love Kilimanjaro Safaris, and I think DINOSAUR is one of the best attractions in all of Walt Disney World Resort!
    • EPCOT: Purchase an Individual Lightning Lane for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, make a Genie+ selection for Test Track, and head straight to Soarin' Around the World as soon as you arrive at the park. Frozen Ever After and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure are also super fun!
    • Magic Kingdom: Purchase an Individual Lightning Lane for TRON: Lightcycle / Run, make a Genie+ selection for Big Thunder Mountain, and head straight to Space Mountain as soon as you arrive at the park. You might also love Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Haunted Mansion.
Rhema, I hope this is helpful as you plan your perfect park day. As always, attractions are subject to availability and you'll want to be flexible and patient in your planning. You're sure to have an amazing time! Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have as you continue the countdown to your visit!

    See you real soon!
