We are starting the packing process for our 10-10-10 cruise, and we have an almost 2yr old. He is a VERY picky eater, and I was wondering what food they will let me bring on for him? Canned carrots/peas, fruit snacks, etc.?

    Hi Caroline,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  The countdown is on, and you've come to the right place to get all of those last minute questions answered!

One of the things that I love most about a Disney Cruise, is the ability to feed all of my picky eaters.  The wait staff is phenomenal at providing every member of your family something that will suit their taste - as they don't want anyone to go hungry.  If that means something a little different than what is on the menu that evening, that is okay.  On our most recent cruise my picky eater insisted on a grilled cheese for dinner, and although it wasn't on the menu - she was served a grilled cheese.

If you want to bring a few packages of toddler foods (like the Gerber Graduates), you can do this.  Just be sure they are in the sealed packages and carried onboard in your day bag.  Food and beverage items are not permitted in your checked luggage.

It is important to note, that you will not have access to a microwave or warming station - and the crew of the ship can not prepare, warm, strain, serve any items you brought onboard yourself.

    Happy packing!
