    Starting our first WDW vacation on 5/27 and bringing my Star Wars crazy son and husband! Any suggestions for the Star Wars weekends at Hollywood? We want to see and do as much as possible! Thanks

    Hello Joanna,

    I attended my first Star Wars Weekend (SWW) this year, and WOW! It was amazing! Your husband and son are going to love it!

    Characters like Chewbacca and Darth Vader come out at Hollywood Studios. Many celebrities too.

    I learned a lot with my inaugural experience with SWW.

    Expect lines. Everyone will want autographs and photos. So get to the Theme Park early, before scheduled opening if you can!

    Also check the Times Guide when you arrive. You'll want to make sure you know exactly where all of the celebrity and characters are and when.

    And I encourage your son - and husband! - to dress up. I really enjoyed seeing all of the fans decked out for SWW!
