what if starting out you have certain members going but before the get there the members change in name how hard is it to the the parties in the rooms? we are starting out with 6 adults and 4 children what if 1 family does not go and we already have rooms

    Hi Icelia!

Thanks for sending in your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I don't think it will be difficult at all to change the room reservation. You may however experience a problem if you are within your 24-48 hours of your arrival date and you are wanting to change a reservation that includes a dining plan. Also, keep in mind that depending on your changes, there may be added fees if there are more than two adults in a standard room ( that sleeps 4). The other issue would be the MagicBands. If there are any last minute changes, any newly added guests will not have the option of customizing their MagicBands. They will be issued a standard, non-personalized grey band. Hope this helps!

It has been a pleasure assisting you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to send them my way and I would be happy to help!

    Happy Planning!
