We are starting at Animal kingdom and parking our vehicle there. but by the end of the night we are heading to Magic kingdom for the fireworks. Will the buses take us back to animal kingdom at the end of the night?

Hiya Karen - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks so much for stopping by with your question about parking at the four magical Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks!

Complimentary bus transportation generally runs about 45 minutes prior to a Theme Park's scheduled opening and ends around one hour after a Theme Park's closure. So, it all depends on the hours of Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and the timing of the events you wish to see at Magic Kingdom Park on the day you're visiting. For example, if you are visiting on January 16th, Animal Kingdom closes at 7 p.m. which means bus service will end around 8 p.m. That same evening, Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom is scheduled to begin at 8:15 p.m. meaning you likely wouldn't be able to take a bus back to Animal Kingdom after the fireworks.

I always recommend that Guests either park their vehicle at the Theme Park where they will end their day, or I suggest they move their vehicle. If you are paying for parking, you will only pay once per day to park at any of the four Theme Parks and can move to another park without paying for parking again - of course, this doesn't matter if you qualify for complimentary parking!

Karen, if I were you, I would simply park at Animal Kingdom to start your day and then drive yourself to Magic Kingdom when you are ready to later in the day. You'll have a less stressful day knowing that your vehicle is easy to access when you're ready to call it quits!

Before I go, let me tell you my favorite place to unwind at Animal Kingdom - Nomad Lounge! This is a great spot to relax on the outdoor shaded deck enjoying snacks and beverages. It's one of my favorite spots at Walt Disney World Resort!

I hope this information is helpful, Karen - please stop by any time with additional questions!
