It is absolutely possible for you to be ready for the 2016 Glass Slipper Challenge! All it takes is Faith, Trust and a good training plan :)
The first step in your training is to
download the free training plans on the runDisney website available for the Glass Slipper Challenge. These plans are provided by Olympian and Official runDisney Training Consultant, Jeff Galloway - the man responsible for revolutionizing the running industry with his run/walk running method.
Utilizing this run/walk method will be the key to your success! I promise! By sticking to the suggested run/walk intervals you will stay injury-free, have a better overall time and be functional post-race. When your running in the most magical place on earth, being able to enjoy the theme parks after the race is important. The run/walk method is why I've been able to successfully complete runDisney's highest distance race challenge, The Dopey Challenge.
Finally, dream big, believe in yourself and never give up, even on the bad days! Your running fairytale is just beginning and I'm sure you will fill it with a lot of amazing chapters.
