    I have started booking reservations at some of the restaurants but haven't booked my hotel or dining plan yet, can I still use my dining plan for these reservations? I am planning on staying at a Disney resort with a dining plan - thanks in advance!

    Hi Joanne!

    Don't worry at all!
    You'll absolutely be able to use your Disney Dining Plan to pay for your meals once you've arrived on property. Upon checking in at restaurant podiums, you'll be asked if you're using a Disney Dining Plan. Once you've been seated and a server greets you at your table, you'll be asked to present your Key to the World Card to confirm your Dining Plan which will be processed at the end of your meal.

    You're still more than welcome to make your reservations online prior to reserving your Magic Your Way Vacation Package. If you're planning on booking any '2-credit' dining experiences such as Dinner Shows, Signature Dining locations and Cinderella's Royal Table, you will find that you'll be asked for pre-payment by credit card at the time of your reservation. 

    Once you've successfully reserved your resort reservations and dining plan, simply call Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE to have the Dining Plan properly connected to your reservations and your credit card refunded. Please keep in mind that your credit card will stay on file as a 'guarantee' for applicable reservations which have a cancellation policy. A Cast Member will review this information with you by phone if applicable. You can also then connect your dining confirmations to your reservation online through the My Disney Experience website or Mobile App.
