when do i start planning for a visit july 2019.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Paula! You’ve certainly come to the right place in order to start planning a magical vacation! You can start planning and booking Walt Disney World Resort Hotel rooms and Magic Your Way Packages up to 499 days in advance, so you should start now!

There are a few crucial dates to keep in mind as you start planning. The most successful trips often start planning a year in advance, booking hotel and tickets early in order to lock in pricing. I typically plan along with my travel agent from TravelMation so that she continues to search for great rates and deals for me. 180 days before your check-in, you’ll be able to log onto My Disney Experience to reserve dining reservations. This is one of the only ways to guarantee you’ll be able to dine at coveted locations like Be Our Guest and Cinderella’s Royal Table. Planning continues with Fast Pass+ reservations, 60 days before you check in. You’ll be able to choose 3 attractions a day to skip the lines, which is my favorite part of park-going!

If I can assist you further in choosing restaurants or why day to visit the parks, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
