I like your attitude about wanting to get out ahead of booking your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation for next year. While the early bird gets the worm, you're just a tad too early. The reason you haven't been able to find next year's pricing is that
Vacation Packages for 2027 haven't been released just yet. Based on traditional timelines, it may be late Spring or early summer before we know anything. But you certainly don't have to wait until then to start building a rough idea of your dream vacation.
I always tell everyone to start by thinking which
Disney Resort Collection hotel would be a good fit for your travel party. You may want to all be together like my friends and I when we all had rooms at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. Or perhaps a little space would be best, like when on my last big family vacation, there were 10 of us spread across three resorts along the
Disney Skyliner route, ranging from Value Resorts to Deluxe Resorts. Get a rough estimate of your budget by checking the prices for the same time this year. While prices are subject to change, I'd say that will give you a place to start budgeting.
Pro-tip: Because the number in your travel party is in flux, when the time is right, I would recommend booking your vacation packages separately by room and then linking via the Family and Friends List in the My Disney Experience app. You'll be able to make plans like
Advanced Dining Reservations and
Lightning Lanes together, but still be covered in case anyone has to back out of the vacation.
