Want to start planning a trip for May 2021 for about 8 people. Need to see what would be the best and cost wat and maybe be able to pay it out between now and time to travel/.

Hey, Pat, and welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you’ve stopped by to chat about your upcoming plans for a magical Walt Disney World vacation! Starting the planning process many months in advance will make it even easier to ensure a trip that will thrill everyone in your party.

For starters, did you know that you can book Disney travel right from the Walt Disney World website? This will allow you to see real-time pricing for Disney Resort Hotel Rooms, Park Tickets, and even packages that include both! If you are looking for the most budget-friendly option, the Disney Value Resorts will likely be the best choice for you, and there are some wonderful ones to choose from. Disney’s All-Star Movies and All-Star Music Resorts, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, and Disney’s Pop Century Resort feature incredibly immersive theming, ton notch amenities, and proximity to Walt Disney World transportation -- even the Disney Skyliner is within walking distance to the last two! When you stay at a Walt Disney World Resort, you will truly be at the heart of the magic from the start to finish of your vacation.

Paying for a Walt Disney World vacation is a very flexible process. In fact, the final payment for your vacation is only due 30 days before the start of your vacation. While Walt Disney World does not offer specific payment plans, you can certainly take your time and budget away funds to make that final payment, as only a small deposit is required for booking! For more information on this process, feel free to call (407) 939-5277 to discuss your plans and preferences with a Disney Travel Specialist, or consider looking into the complimentary services of a Walt Disney World travel agent near you.

Pat, please know that you will not only need Theme Park Tickets for each day you wish to visit the Theme Parks during your stay but will also require Park Pass Reservations for each day as well. You can check out the Park Pass availability calendar before making your booking. Meanwhile, please review the Experience Updates pages to see the details of the procedures and policies in place to keep Cast Members and Guests as safe as possible during their time at Walt Disney World. If we all take precautions, we will keep the magic alive for everyone who wishes to experience it.

I hope that these tips are helpful to you as you begin your planning journey! Here at planDisney, it is our pleasure to help our Guests with any and all planning needs, and we would welcome you back anytime you wish to check in with us again! Please do not hesitate to come back and see us!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Clara
