Greetings, fellow Georgian, Brieanna! There is a ton of fun to be had during Thanksgiving week, one of the most popular times to visit Walt Disney World Resort!
You should be able to view park hours in a few weeks to a month, just keep checking back for those
Park Hours and Calendars to be updated. Perhaps early June is the right time to take a peek? Keep in mind that Extra Magic Hours, as well as regular operating hours are subject to change, so it’s always a good idea to double check them during check-in at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.
As for celebrating Turkey Day, you simply must try to book a lunch or dinner at
Magic Kingdom’s Liberty Tree Tavern. Boasting classic American colonial fare, the Thanksgiving style dinners are packed with turkey, cranberries and more of your favorites. The Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake is a must to cap off the hearty meal! Sometimes, you can catch
Black Friday deals at Disney Springs, making shopping with Mickey even more exciting. Plus, who doesn’t want Christmas gifts branded with the Mouse himself?! I’m first in line for those! Since it will be such a festive season, when tickets go on sale for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, you’ll want to attend! It actually SNOWS on Main Street, U.S.A., which is so magical!
Have a very merry, totally yummy, thankful vacation! ~ Lindsey P.
