If you have purchased a
Walt Disney World vacation package that includes your Disney Resort hotel reservations and Walt Disney World theme park tickets, then you can make payments online through your
My Disney Experience account. After you have logged in, go to the
My Plans section and look for your reservation. Beside the reservation details, you should have a link that says
Make A Payment. At this time, you are not able to make a payment via the My Disney Experience Mobile App, so make sure you are logged into your account on an internet browser instead of the app. If you are having difficulty making a payment online for your vacation package, you also have the option to call and make a payment over the phone by calling the phone number listed in this link for
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.
Danielle, if you do not have a Walt Disney World vacation package but only a
Disney Resort hotel reservation for a room only, then you will need to call to make a payment as you are unable to do an online payment at this time. If your reservation is for a room only, you also may wait to pay the balance of your bill when you check-in at your Disney Resort hotel.
